Graduation
Candidates must have completed their Graduation Degree from a recognized university or one of the following qualifications in Computer Education: 'O' or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. Knowledge of working in written Hindi in Devnagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
