Holders of Doctoral Degree from any recognized Institute/ University are eligible to apply. Preferable age: less than 35 years at the time of applying and relaxable up to 40. There shall be an age relaxation of 5 years for women / transgender / EWS / OBC-NCL / SC / ST / PWD candidates.
