a first-class degree in both Bachelor’s and Master’s level, and a Ph.D. or equivalent from a reputed institute with at least fifteen years of teaching or research experience; and worked as a full-time Professor at a reputed institution for at least seven years, or had industry experience at a higher level for at least fifteen years.
